Hockey for Me & You is designed for young skaters that demonstrate a passion for hockey. Beginner hockey skills will be taught. The adult’s role is to support & provide guidance for their child. All adults are required to wear a CSA-approved helmet and skates. Equipment required: gloves and hockey stick only.
Pre-requisite: Successful completion of Pre 1.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
• Hockey skates that lace up (avoid buckles or Velcro)
• CSA-approved hockey helmet with full-face cage
• Warm, dark clothes (waterproof) including gloves or mitts
• Bicycle or ski helmets are not permitted
• Both child and parent require hockey stick and gloves (hockey gloves optional for child). Parents are required to wear a CSA-approved hockey helmet, cage optional for parent only.
