• Full refund or full credit note only applies to any registration that withdraws two weeks prior to the start date of your child’s first lesson of the session. After this 2-week period, no refunds will be issued.

• Credit Notes only apply to withdrawals or cancellations that occur after the start of the session and prior to the 3rd class. Credit notes will be pro-rated to reflect the number of remaining scheduled classes and will be subject to a $25 admin fee (before applicable taxes).

• NO credit notes issued after the 3rd week of classes

• Credit Notes are not redeemable for cash.

• Once the session starts, and only up to the 3rd class, any changes made to the day and/or time of your child’s original registration, will be subject to a $25 admin fee (before applicable taxes)
