Kidz ‘N’ You is an instructional skating class designed to introduce first time skaters to the ice. The adult’s role is to support and provide guidance for their child. All adults are required to wear skates & CSA-approved hockey helmet, cage optional.
EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS
• Hockey or figure skates that lace up (avoid buckles or Velcro)
• CSA-approved hockey helmet with full-face cage
• Warm, dark clothes (waterproof) including gloves or mitts
• Bicycle or ski helmets are not permitted
• Parents are required to wear a CSA-approved hockey helmet, cage optional for parent only.
