• Full refund or credit note applies for any registration that withdraws two weeks prior to class start date (“Notice Period”).

• Credit Notes apply only for any withdraws or cancellations that occur after the “Notice Period” and prior to the 3rd class. Credit notes will be pro rated to reflect the number of remaining scheduled classes.

• There will be NO refunds after the two week “Notice Period” mentioned above.

• Please be advised to avoid cancelling classes, some classes may become split classes. However, we do ensure that the skater will be taught according to their level.

• Credit Notes do not expire and are not redeemable for cash. However, credit notes are pro-rated to reflect the number of remaining scheduled classes.

• Due to circumstances beyond our control, scheduled class times are subject to change.
